FoodieG Shrimp cake
Delicious Fried Shrimp on TV.
I wish the fried shrimp is in circle
Please prepare the following stuff:
peeled shrimp 20pcs, bread crumbs, albumen, salt, white pepper powder and rice wine.
Devein the prawns of peeled shrimps.
Add some salt and rice wine.
Grab for a while and dry with tissue paper.
Chop shrimps as mud.
Add salt, white pepper powder and albumen.
Then grab evenly.
Divide the muddy shrimp into several shares.
Shape into circle and dip both sides with bread crumbs.
Add oil to a pan and wait for oil temperature to raise.
Put shrimp cakes into the pan.
Fry until both sides are in golden color.
Shrimp cakes are done.
Best to taste with Thai sweet chili sauce.
